House Building Continued.
We are finally on the home stretch at this point in the house building project... It's been a few weeks (almost 6 weeks to be exact!) since I last posted any progress photos. But, I think we have enough now to show some actual progress. Of course, there is always a whole lotta little stuff happening along the way... but, it is hard to photograph it and show you all just how much work/planning actually goes into building your own home!
Plumbing faucets, shower heads, etc. were installed mid-to-late August.
Great Room transom windows being installed.
Screened porch ceiling fans.
Kitchen tile back splash!
It's already starting... redneck parking!
They are already at home here.
Framing up for the screen door and window screens!
Wood handrails to the basement.

Book shelves stained!
Painter started final paint colors.
Mud Room cabinetry was installed.
Hubby's closet cabinetry.
Wall sconces are going in.

We spent our 8th Anniversary (bronze gift anniversary) installing our oil-rubbed bronze interior door hardware together.
Mud Room cabinetry was re-installed in the correct color!
Under cabinet lighting is being installed.
Dining Room lighting.
Installing vanity mirrors and lights. (Hubby in the Powder Room)
The house is lit up like a space ship at night!
Book shelves are complete!
